Terms and Conditions

Admission to Patliputra Skills Academy courses is subject to:

2. Course Fees and Payment
All course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course. Payment can be made online through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay). Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
3. Course Content and Schedule
Patliputra Skills Academy reserves the right to modify course content, schedule, or faculty as deemed necessary. Students will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
4. Attendance and Conduct
Students are expected to maintain regular attendance (minimum 80%) and adhere to the academy's code of conduct. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from placement assistance.
5. Placement Assistance
While we provide placement assistance, we do not guarantee job placement. Placement depends on various factors including student performance, market conditions, and employer requirements.
Cancellation Policy
1. Student Cancellation
Students may cancel their enrollment under the following conditions:
- Before Course Commencement: Full cancellation allowed with refund as per refund policy
- Within 7 Days of Payment: Full refund minus processing charges
- After Course Commencement: No cancellation allowed
- Medical Emergency: Cancellation allowed with valid medical certificate
2. Cancellation Process
To cancel your enrollment:
- Submit a written cancellation request to info@patliputraskills.com
- Include your Application/Enrollment number
- State the reason for cancellation
- Attach supporting documents (if applicable)
- Wait for confirmation email from our team
3. Academy Cancellation
Patliputra Skills Academy reserves the right to cancel a course due to:
- Insufficient enrollment
- Unforeseen circumstances
- Faculty unavailability
In such cases, students will receive a full refund or option to transfer to another batch.
4. Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges may apply as follows:
- Within 24 hours: No charges
- 2-7 days: 5% processing fee
- After 7 days: As per refund policy
Refunds Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Course cancellation by the academy before commencement
- Withdrawal request submitted within 7 days of payment and before course commencement
- Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
- Duplicate payment (with proof)
- Technical error leading to incorrect charges
2. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@patliputraskills.com with:
- Application/Enrollment number
- Payment transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
- Supporting documents (if applicable)
- Bank account details (for refund processing)
3. Refund Timeline
Refund processing timeline:
- Refund Request Review: 2-3 business days
- Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Credit to Account: 2-5 business days (depends on bank)
- Total Timeline: 7-14 business days from approval
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card
- Net Banking/UPI: Refunded to the same bank account
- Wallet: Refunded to the same wallet
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Fees paid after course commencement
- Processing/administrative charges (if applicable)
- Study materials already provided
- Certification fees (if certificate already issued)
- Any charges incurred due to payment gateway
6. Partial Refunds
In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be considered:
- Course completion less than 25%: 50% refund
- Course completion 25-50%: 25% refund
- Course completion above 50%: No refund
Shipping/Delivery Policy
1. Digital Products & Services
Patliputra Skills Academy provides training courses and educational services. Since our services are primarily delivered through:
- In-person classroom training
- Online study materials (digital delivery)
- Certificates (digital and physical)
2. Study Materials Delivery
Digital Materials:
- Delivered immediately via email after enrollment
- Accessible through student portal
- No shipping charges applicable
Physical Materials (if applicable):
- Delivered within 7-14 business days
- Shipping charges may apply (as mentioned during enrollment)
- Delivered to the address provided during enrollment
- Tracking information provided via email
3. Certificate Delivery
Digital Certificates:
- Issued within 7 days of course completion
- Delivered via email
- Downloadable from student portal
Physical Certificates:
- Issued within 14-21 days of course completion
- Delivered via registered post or courier
- Shipping charges may apply
- Delivered to the address provided
4. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery timelines:
- Digital Content: Immediate (within 24 hours)
- Physical Materials: 7-14 business days
- Certificates: 14-21 business days after completion
5. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges (if applicable):
- Digital delivery: Free
- Within city: ₹50-100
- Interstate: ₹100-200
- International: As per courier charges
6. Delivery Issues
In case of delivery issues:

- Replacement or refund will be provided as applicable
Payment Terms
1. Payment Methods

2. Payment Security

3. Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- Payment confirmation email
- Payment receipt with transaction ID
- Admission confirmation (if applicable)
4. Failed Transactions
In case of a failed transaction, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 5-7 business days. If the amount is not refunded, please contact us with your transaction ID.
